Our Team

Alison

I’m Ali, I’m 34 and blessed with a beautiful daughter. I have a certificate 3 in Fitness, certificate in Acrobatic arts, qualified dance teacher & currently studying a diploma of remedial & sports massage therapy. I have a passion for fitness & the overall health & wellbeing of my clients.

Jaimee

I’m JJ, I’m 28 years old. I’m a wife and a mum to 3 girls.
Fitness became a bit of a stranger to me in my early 20’s but I definitely found myself again after I had my second daughter, I dabbled with a few styles of training before establishing that strength and conditioning is 100% my jam. I love the combination of being both strong and fit.

I currently hold a cert IV fitness.

My main areas of interest are:

  • Women’s strength/power training.
  • Training throughout both the pre and post natal periods.
  • Nutrition.

Paul

I’m Paul! Head Coach & Owner at Achieve Strength and Conditioning! I’m soon to be a Husband and Father to my two girls! Fitness is my thing, it’s what makes me tick, Fitness and Training is my Passion! I love to share my passion with every member and person that walks through the Doors at Achieve! The People in the Gym are my Priority and they are what make me happy. In terms of Training, my focus area’s are:

  • Conditioning primarily
  • Strength secondarily
  • Competition
  • Programming, understanding what makes a great session and providing such.

I make myself very approachable, so make sure to come down and say Hi!

Tim

Hi, I’m Tim! I joined Achieve when it opened its doors in 2020 and developed a real passion for Strength & Conditioning training. Intrigued to further my knowledge and improve my own training, I completed my Certificate III in fitness, which also gave me the opportunity to try my hand at coaching! I have since gone on to complete my Certificate IV in fitness as well as my Level 1 Strength & Conditioning Coaching accreditation through ASCA.
